Join us for an elegant evening to Support Camp Agape NW, an organization that supports children with cancer and their families.


The evening will include a tastings by Seattle chocolate makers and Washington wineries, a seasonal dinner menu featuring local foods, auction and a 17 piece orchestra playing Sinatra at the Sands, featuring Count Basie's original score from the 1966 show.

Taste indulgent, truffles and chocolates from award winning chocolate makers Hotcakes Seattle, Tease Chocolates, Trevani truffles and the Chocolate Man.

Drink award winning wines and have the chance to meet the winemakers from Domanico cellars, Lobo Hills Winery, Davenport Cellars and Patterson Cellars.

Dance to Sinatra Swing Session Orchestra, a 17 piece big band will be performing Sinatra at the Sands as originally performed in 1966.

On-site you will be able to meet the Chocolate makers and enjoy tastings from Hotcakes Seattle, Tease Chocolates, Trevani truffles and the Chocolate Man. You will also enjoy Theo's original dark chocolate and unique chocolate popcorn confections from KuKuRuzA.


Taste some award winning wines from Domanico cellars, Lobo Hills Winery, Davenport Cellars and Patterson Cellars. You will have the opportunity to taste a flight, speak with the winemakers and ask questions about Washington State winemaking. Featured wines at the bar will include wines from Washington Hills and Waterbrook cellars & Chocolate Shop.  Herban feast has put together a uniquely Northwest menu for the evening.


This year we bring to you an incredible selection of auction items, including: a baseball autographed by Seattle Mariners pitcher, Felix Hernandez, a week at Lake Chelan, and a year of Greek pastries.  One person at our event will go home at the end of the evening with an instant wine cellar- over 50 bottles of wine to start or replenish your collection.  You won’t want to miss these amazing things!

Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery

Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery crafts organic, classic American comfort desserts and other original and innovative confections. We were founded in 2008 by Autumn Martin with the dessert that gave us our name: Take-n-Bake Molten Chocolate Cake in a Mason Jar.

Lobo Hills Wine Company

Lobo Hills was founded by Tony Dollar with the support and enthusiasm of his wife and co-owner Diana. The winery is located in Seattle and reflects their deep commitment to enjoying good wine over food with family and friends. Wine at Lobo Hills is made with the belief that community is forged around the table – usually with wine and strives to be accessible, which is why Lobo Hills was founded.

Davenport Cellars

Davenport Cellars is a boutique winery, owned and operated by Jeff and Sheila Jirka. This winery is committed to crafting quality wines for an affordable price. Jeff and Sheila commit to always following the following tenants in their winemaking: source the highest quality grapes available, use a minimalist approach, pay attention to the

details, handle the fruit and wine as gently as possible and maintain traditional winemaking practices.  Located in Woodinville's warehouse district, stop by to taste their wines, take a tour or just talk.

Camp Agape NW is a non-profit organization that serves children with cancer and their families. We give children with cancer a chance to feel normal, siblings a chance to be special and parents a time to be together.  Camp Agape NW was established in 1997 and serves more than 20 families each year.  Families from all backgrounds, cultures and faiths are welcome. We are 100% volunteer ran.

Domanico Cellars

Domanico Cellars is a small, family owned, award winning winery located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.  The owners, Jill and Jason, love great wine and have been involved in the Washington wine scene for a number of years. The focus is making great wines from the best vineyards. Grapes are hand picked, hand sorted, gently crushed, pressed and aged in the best french oak barrels. Some years they may blend, others they may not. Domanico cellars promises is always produce the best wines possible based on what the vineyards, grapes and maturing vintages tells them.

Trevani

Trevani may sound Italian but is, in fact, an abbreviated scramble of

names; Troy, Eva & Annie; a chocolate maker and her children who

encouraged her to share her creations with the world. Trevani Truffles

focuses on origin chocolates from Central and South America for the

start of the truffles.  This is followed by ingredients from local

farmers and food artisans.  Only favorite ingredients are used, with a

specific focus on local and organic. Nothing artificial, everything

good.

Tease Chocolate

Tease Chocolate will tell you, "well, the thing is that it’s not about

us, it’s about you and your love for chocolate. We do it because it

makes you smile and gives you pleasure. We want to tease your palette

with fresh and sweet, sweet chocolate creations." What you will find

is he highest quality ingredients and  local and organic ingredients

when available.  Chocolate are made in small batches in flavors that

bring big delight.

KuKuRuZa

At KuKuRuZa, crafting artisan popcorn is a passion for us. Nothing

gives us more pleasure than finding the finest quality ingredients and

transforming them into unique and delicious concoctions. Handcrafted

daily in small batches in our store on 3rd & Pike Street, our goal is

to provide our customers with the world's best tasting and most unique

gourmet popcorn varieties.

Chocolate Shop Red Wine

Sweetening the tongue for centuries, chocolate and red wine has been the most reliable pairing in history. Chocolate Shop takes this pairing to the next level, marrying chocolate flavor with red wine to create a sumptuous drink. We start with a proprietary red blend of the finest vinifera varietals, add a touch of  oak and a kiss of sweetness to create the perfect fruit-driven foil for the rich dark chocolate which unfolds in silken layers across the palate.

This dessert wine features inviting aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate that entwine and continue on the palate surrounded by hints of cocoa powder. Nuances of red wine

and residual sugar linger on the smooth finish.

Big E Ales

Big E Ales has been producing our handcrafted ales since 2005. Beer to

us is something that bonds and brings people together from all walks

of life. You can visit where the beer is made in Lynnwood, Washington,

enjoy a pint and learn about the process that goes into handcrafted

ales.

Chocolate Man

Bill the Chocolate Man has been descrobed as to chocolate as Davinci was to paper; Ferdinand was to Porsche, and in short pretty good. Bill offers gourmet truffles and caramels, classes, and all the supplies you need to become your own chocolatier.

Patterson Cellars

Patterson cellars create wine that is approachable and follows the new world wines in its style. John Patterson, along with his father Jack Patterson, worked together on their first vintages. Jack started in wine production as a cellar hand for a local winery during crush season starting in 1984. Winemaker John Patterson with over 22 years in the wine industry carefully crafts each one of our distinctive red and white blends.
